Villagebrook Apartments offers 189 units of affordable housing in 4 three-story apartment buildings anchored by a children’s playground and community clubhouse. The unit mix consists of one, two, and three bedrooms.
Supportive services are available through partnership with Outreach. These services include after-school and summer programming, education and career services, case management, community and older adult events and activities located right on-site at the clubhouse along with a central laundry facility and community room.

Full Circle has a longstanding partnership with Outreach Carol Stream for nearly two decades to support Villagebrook residents and families. Outreach is a community service organization with the mission to help people reach their potential through tailored services and strong community partnerships. Outreach’s on-site service coordinators provide residents with:
- Employment, Education, and Financial Support
- Case Management and Service Coordination
- Child and Family Services (On-site classroom, After school care and youth programming)
- Community Events and Activities
- Health and Wellness Services (Older Adult programming, referrals to counseling and behavioral health, benefits counseling, etc.)
Services are voluntary and not a condition of tenancy. Offerings are subject to change based on scheduling and resource availability.
