LINDSEY HAINES, interim president & ceo
Lindsey Haines serves as Interim President & CEO of Full Circle Communities, bringing nearly 15 years of leadership experience within the organization and a deep commitment to advancing affordable housing across the Midwest.
Lindsey joined Full Circle Communities in 2011 and has held a series of increasingly senior leadership roles, most recently serving as Executive Vice President of Real Estate Development. During her tenure, she has played a central role in shaping the organization’s growth and has overseen the development or preservation of nearly 2,000 units of affordable and supportive housing across more than 20 communities. Her work has focused on mission-driven development, strong cross-sector partnerships, and creative approaches to delivering housing that meets community needs.
As Interim President & CEO, Lindsey provides strategic leadership across the organization, ensuring continuity, stability, and a continued focus on Full Circle’s mission to expand access to high-quality, affordable housing and supportive services. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, thoughtful approach to growth, and ability to translate community priorities into impactful development outcomes.
Prior to joining Full Circle Communities, Lindsey worked with several nonprofit organizations focused on housing and community development. She holds a Master of Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree from Illinois Wesleyan University. Lindsey lives in Chicago and serves on the board of directors for the Northwest Side Community Development Corporation.
